At the inquest concerning the recent fatal collision in Auckland between a ’bus and tram-car, the jury returned, the following verdict: —“Mrs Foster met her death through injuries received in a collision between the tram and ’bus, the former going at such a. rate of speed that the motorman was unable to stop the car in time to avert the accident.
