A GENERAL VIEW OF THE BUSIEST INDUSTRIAL PORTION OF WELLINGTON CITY— TE ARO.— This district has made marvellous progress during the last few years. In the centre is shown the fine tower of the Town Hall, and across the harbour may be seen the rapid settlement that has taken place at Oriental Bay, to which point the electric tramway now runs.
