A method for the steril'sation of milk is dicscribqd in the “Che mi her Zoitung” as fallows: The milk is heated to 100 dogs. C. or over in a vessel, closed except one orifice for the exit of air and 'steam. At the end of the operation this orifice is closed, and a little water is sprayed in.
