Amongst the list of new registrations of mining companies in London (says the “Mining Record”) is that of the Colonial Iron and Coal Fields Construction Company (Limited)., which was registered on the sth October by Ernest Salaman, Fort and Co., 12, Union Court London, EG., with a capital of £25,000, in 20,000 ordinary .shares of £1 each, and 100,000 “B” shares of Is each. Its stated objects, are to adopt an agreement with M. F. Bing to acquire any iron, ironstone, ironsand, or ood-bearing or other metalliferous or coal, iron, gold, silver, copper, 1 tin, quicksilver, stone, or quarries and mining rights. farms, forests timber and other fights and properties, ■eta.. in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, and to carry on the business*
