The new branch office at Carterton for the Bank of New Zealand will be in brick, and two stories high. On the ground floor will be tihe public office, the manager’s room, etc., and the upper floor will he set apart for residential purposes for the manager. The buildincr will have about 40ft frontage and a depth of about 50ft. The plans have been prepared by Messrs Thomas Turnbuill and Son.
