ANN UAL SOR IPT ORE EXAMINATION. At tho examination held on July 10th 430 scholars competed. Of tins Dumber 70 gained prizes and first-class certificates, 105 second-class certificates, and G 7 third-class certificates. -hast year 431 scholars competed, and succeeded iu winning 70 prizes and firstclass certificates, 75 second-qlnss and 91 third-class certificates ; 75 marks and upwards gaiiis a prize and first-class certificate j GO marks and under *5 gains a second-class certificate: and 45 marks and under GO a third-class, The special prize for highest number of marks goes to Percy Jiurbidge, of the Ivlfc.
