The runs vary in size from 11<0 acres to 49,250 acres’, and the upset rentals range from «£Bo to .£IOOO per annum. The terms cf lease are 10, 15 and 14 years, commencing from March Ist, ISO-i, on which date possession will be given. In some cases there are sheep-yards or outlying huts on the runs, but the homestead buildings are on contiguous freeholds.
