MYSTERY ABOUT FOUR RUSSIAN VESSELS. LONDON, January 13. Mystery attaches to uie disappearance of four Russian torpedo destroyers which -were recently at Suda Bay. The impression is that two of tnem secretly passed through the Dardanelles, and that the others will follow. CONSTANTINOPLE, January 13. Sir Nicholas- O’Conor, British Ambassador at Constantinople, ordered one ci the Khedivial Company’s steamers to pass through the Dardanelles without stopping, owing to the Porte withholding the privilege, which had been accorded to other companies. An irade was then issued by the Sult?«n granting the privilege. ST. PETERSBURG, January 15. The newspaper “Novosti” welcomes the opening of the Dardanelles to all warships.
