To fill out the holloAvs of the lower part of the neck. 3. Bend the arm so that the dumbbells rest on the chest, the elbows close at the sides. Extend the arms quickly and violently forAvard ten times, then sidew’ays ten times, and then upwards ton times.

4. Arms hanging at the sides. Lift each shoulder as high as possible. Each shoulder three times. Then both together six times. If this exercise be done before a mirror one can see hoAV the muscles of the neck are exercised.
