WHAT AMERICA EATS
According to an American provision trade organ, there is killed in the United States about as mu ah hog meat as of both beef and mutton. Official and unofficial abattoirs and farmers kill about 10,000,000 cattle and calves annually. The hog differs from the steer or the sheep m that the feet and head are also afcen.
