Mr Cecil Jones, formerly of Geelong, liad been permanently appointed manager of the "Wellington branch of the Huddart—Parker Proprietary, vice Mr Murrell, who resigned a few months ago. Mr Jones will probably arrive in Wellington towards tbe end of nextweek.
