The “American Sheepbreeder and Wool Grower,” in a leading article, speaks about the meeting m the following terms:—The National Hheepbreeders’ Association, one of the largest and most influential stock-breed-ing associations in England, is taking up m a vigorous and determined way a proposition to secure legislation for preventing the sale as woollen goods of all fabrics that carry shoddy and other adulterants. Woolgrowers and consumers °* v ’ o ®.” en floods in the British Kingdom and all over the Continent of Europe feel iike the Americans, the sting of the bnoddy fraud, and are getting into line for the suppression of this gigantic and allpervadmg robbery of the people.
