Between ROBERT ADAIR, of WeL lington, Carpenter, plaintiff; and FRANK SULLIVAN, of Corunna avenue, Wellington, Builder, do* fendant. I CHARLES ARTHUR BARTON, 3 Sheriff, of Wanganui-Rangitikei district, do hereby give notice by virtue of a Writ of Sale issued out of the Supreme Court of New Zealand (Wellington district) to me directed in an action wherein Robert Adair is plaintiff, and Frank Sullivan is defendant, I will, at the suit of the plaintiff, on FRIDAY, the 16th day of August, 1801, at 2 p.m., at the saleyards of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) at Feilding, cause to be sold one undivided moiety or equal half share with Robert Adair in the following pieces of land: —Seventy-one acres three roods and twenty-four perches, situate in the provincial district of Wellington., being rural section 62, Block IX., on the Public Map of the Pohangina Survey District, and being all the land in certificate of title vol. 52, fol. 203. Seventy-three acres and thirty-two perches, situate in the provincial district of Wellington, being section 61, Block IX., on the Public Map of the Pohangina Survey District, and being all the laud in certificate of title, vol. 71, fol. 27. Which said land is subject to a mortgage of eight hundred -pounds (=£800) and interest. The Solicitors for the execution creditor are Messrs Skerrett and Wylie, of Wellington. The name of the officer executing the writ is John Twomey, of Feilding. C. A. BARTON, Sheriff.
