Some surprise was e xpressed at Tuesday’s meeting of the Benevolent Trustees that an arrangement entered into between the members of that body and the Hospital Trustees, _ fbiy which three days’ notice should he given of the intention to discharge from the Hospital any person in indigent circumstances belonging to districts outside the city, bad been departed from, a man having been so discharged on Saturday without any intimation to the Benevcleint Trustees.
