These clubs met in a four-rink contest in connection with the annual interclub pennant matches on the Wellington Club green on Saturday. The green was in excellent order, and the weather magnificent. The game proved a very interesting one up to a certain point, when Thorndon got a good lead, which they maintained to the end, winning by 17 points.
