FATAL STABBING.

QUARRELSOME BOYS, j ' i > DUNEDIN; Monday.; A A sad stabbing affray occurred, at South Dunedin this afternoon, resulting, in the death-of a boy named Cunning-^ 1 ham, fourteen years-'of age. It appears that a - boy,named 'Milburp,. between eleven and twelve years, was whittling 1 * a stick with a knife; when Cunningham kicked him on the’ shin. DUNEDIN; Tuesday:; I John-Thomas Milburn, 12 years of ■ age, was charged at the Police Court to-day with feloniously killing and murdering John Cunningham, 14 years of ' age. The case was remanded till : Thursday, bail being allowed. . ,; At the inquest, the evidence of Dr Fulton was to the effect that he found a small punctured wound on the left ; breast , between the fifth and sixth ribs, ! and directly . over a portion .of the heart.
