The Post and Telegraph Department Appeal Board has just concluded its sittings in Wellington, and has formulated a number of recommendations for submission to the Postmaster-General. The t rt S as follows: —Messrs J. McGowan (Commissioner of Taxes), J. K. Logan (Superintendent of Electric Lines), W. McNickle (Dunedin), representing the telegraph branch, and F. M. Sully (Auckland) representing the postal branch.
