The following petition is to be presented to the directors of the Wellington - Manawatu Railway Company by the Levin settlers ■ “We, the undersigned settlers of the Levin district wish to draw your attention to the neglect of this district in the way mf raihvay accommodation. Considerable loss has been experienced by storekeepers and others owing to the want of a station, and the petitioners urge the Company to consider their case and make <ln alteration.” The Hons J. A. Tole and W.
