OBITUARY.

DR W. F.MOUXTO'N.London, February f. Dr William F. Moulton, president of ««The Leys ” school, Cambridge, and brother of the Rev J. E. Moulton, formerly of Tobga., is dead. (The ReV William Flddian Moulton, D.D„ Was born at Leek in 1833. In 1856 he graduated M A. at the London University, gaining the gold medal in mathematics. Mr MotiltoU then entered the Wesleyan! ministry, and m 1858 be waß appointed tutor in the Wesleysh Theological College, Richmond. Ee worked there for 16 years. He was appointed headmaster of the new Wesleyafi school,- “ The Leys,” at Cambridge, in 18/4; He published several books, including a “ Fopular History of the English Bible.” The Value of his work was recognised by the University of Edinburgh, which conferred on him the degree’ of D«D y in 1874, and by the University of Cambiiaga., which made him an honorary M.A. in 1877. The success of “ The Leys ” School is now established. The late Dr Moulton was president of the Wesleyan Conference in 1890
