Hack. —A Hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time, hack and hunter races excepted, and is not, or has not been, nominated in any race, ether than hack and hunter races, at the same meeting. All nominations, entries and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amounts payable, close at the Club Hotel, Wellington, not later than 9 p.m. on the advertised dates of closing.
