The Wairarapa people are energetically setting about the making of arrangements for a speeial excursion train to the Wellington Exhibition.
The Hon T. A. Brassey, addressing the Victorian railway enginedri vers, said : —“ The stronger you make your organisation, the better able will you be to present your grievances in a forcible manner to the head of your department, and the less need will there be to depend upon political interference.” (Cheers.)
