THE NEW BUTTER EXPERT.

London, February 5. Mr Gray has been appointed the New Zealand dairy expert. Mr Henry Gray was for some time in Christchurch engaged in the produce trade. He went to London and entered the service of Messrs Coey and Co., the well-known produce dealers. Last year Mr Gray reported to the New Zealand Government on various shipments of butter sent to England.
