PRINCE HENRY OF BATTENBERG.
London, February 5. The body of Prince Henry of Battenberghas arrived in London. The Princess Beatrice (widow of Prince Henry) and her brothers escorted the body in H.M.S. Blenheim to Osborne, the Queen and the Princess of Wales leaving at Cowes. The Queen was much affected, he coffin was covered with wreaths. The Agents-General have sent a wreath. A nit morial service will be held at Windsor. The Queen and Princess Beatrice have thanked the Colonial Institute for their expression of condolence on the death of Prince Henry of Battenberg. _ The AgentsGeneral attended the memorial service in Westminster Abbey. London, February 6. fhe Queen and Princess Beatrice joined in the funeral procession of Prince Henry of Battenberg at Whippingham, near Osborne. A detachment of marines carried the coffin to the chancel of the church, which was covered with wreaths.
The Bishop of Winchester conducted the funeral service, during which the Queen kissed Prince Henry’s eldest son. The Ministers and foreign Ambassadors were among those present at the memorial service held in Westminster Abbey. The Archbishop of Canterbury officiated.
