THE HON. MR REEVES.
Sydney, January 29. Mr Reeves has returned from the North, and gone to Victoria to spend a few days with his relatives. He considers there must have been a mistake in cabling- from London the opinion of Mr Playford, Agent-General for South Australia, with reference to the Pacific cable. To himself the advantages gained by Australia appear to far outweigh those obtained by Canada.
