THE FROZEN MEAT TRADE.
London, June 11. Mr Hotson, Victorian frozen meat expert, thinks the recent low prices ruling for meat are responsible for the opening of new channels for the trade. These new markets are likely to be permanent, as he does not believe a greater increase in prices will cause them to be closed. With the view of assisting in the establishment of Manchester as a centre for distribution, Mr Ilotson has arranged to lecture to commercial men and the members of the municipality on the subject. Nelson Bros, are extending operations m the same direction.
