Bethune and Co. report having sold by private contract at satisfactory prices the undermentioned freehold landed properties: Molesworth street, part of town acres Nos. 563 and 565, comprising' three-quarters of an acre, with dwelling-house formerly occupied by the late Mrs Park ; Hawker street, building section 32 x 109, part of town acre No. 331; Wadestown, allotment 46 x 80, fronting Fernhill terrace; Carterton, 75|- acres, the whole of section No. 212 ; also town acre No. 766, Revans street, to Messrs R. Bell and Co. Messrs Bethune and Co. have also negotiated the leases for 42 years of part town acre No. 548, Hill street, containing nearly one acre, with family residence, and part of section 142, Upper Willis street;, with the shop and three dwelling-houses.
