At the Sydney sales of Tasmanian Merino Stud Sheep, 1894, four-fifths of the sheep catalogued were Cooper-dipped. At the 1894 Show of the Royal Agricultural Society, England, Cooper-dipped sheep obtained 87 out of a posssible 123 prizes.
