Any owner failing to declare his colours at time of entry will be fined 2 sovs, unless the colours of the owner of the horse are duly registered. When two or more horses start the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be declared on entry day and worn. Any person neglecting this rule will bo fined 2 sovs. No owner will be permitted to use the registered colours of another wner without special permission. The Stewards reserve the right to alter the dates of the meeting, the amount of added money, or make any additions or alterations to the meeting at any time prior to nominations being due for such meeting, subject to the approval of the Metropolitan Club.
