The Hon M. Bowell has' completed the formation of the new Canadian Ministry. The changes in its composition are-few. Washington, December 19.
Admiral "Walker (who was deputed by the United States Government to counteract British influence in favour of the Queen of Hawaii) states in a repor.t: to the Senate that the presence of British warships in Hawaiian waters imperils American influence, and that the British are only waiting for an opportunity, in the absence of American cruisers, to' land troops to support the Royalists against the Republicans. ■■'■■ - -"
• Senator Gallinger moved in the Senate that an invitation be sent to Canada asking her to consent-to annexation to the United States. The matter has been referred to a committee.
