She was warned in vain by the Stipendiary Magistrate, who at last sent her to the cells for three hours.
The City Council at its meeting last week granted auctioneers' licenaes to the following:—Messrs F. Townsend, R. E Lawson, G. H. Bethune, T. L. Churchward, W. G. Foster, J. B. Harcourt, F. W. Haybittle, E. H. Little, T. E. Macdonald, H. J. Reid, W. F. Shortt, F. Sidey and A. L. Wilson.
