James Hickey is in charge of the horses. Mr J. F. Mills, of - Wellington, has purchased the steeplechase%elding Elk. (Thursday) afternoon, and, amongst other business, the programme for the proposed Taratahi-Carterton Race Meeting on January 31st will receive consideration.
