Weights for the first day’s Handicaps will be declared on Thursday the 13th Decembers Acceptances for first day’s races close at the same place on THURSDAY, 20th December, at 8 p.m. Weights for second day’s handicaps will be declared at the Empire Hotel, Foatherstofi, at about 8 p.m. on the night of first day’s races. Acceptances close for second day’s races at a time to be notified after weights are declared. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Nominations and Acceptances (in proper form) must be accompanied by the necessary foes, otherwise they will be rejected. If Nominations or Acceptances are telegraphed, the fees must be forwarded by first mail thereafter. This p’ . e will be strictly ENFORCED. 2. Nominations must state colour, sex, name, age, pedigree, previous performances (where not known to handicapper) and colours to be worn by rider, and also quote number of race to be entered for. / 3. A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time (hack and hunter races excepted) and is not nominated in any race other than Hack or Hunter races at the time of Nomination. 4.
