FULL CABINET MEETING ABOUT 15th INSTANT.

The Premier arid Mrs Seddon arrived by the Penguin from Lyttelton on Sunday afternoon. They left again by Tuesday morning’s express' for New Plymouth en route to Auckland and Rotorua. Mr Seddori has received invitations to deliver public addresses at Hamilton, Waiuku and Rotorua, and he will do so if time permits. The Colonial Treasurer’s speech at Auckland on Monday next will, however, be the first Ministerial deliverance from the public platform. The Premier expects to return to Wellington about the 15th instant, and immediately afterdiis arrival there will be a full Cabinet meeting.
