THE DEATH OF THE CZAR.
St. Petersburg, November 5. The post-mortem on the Czar disclosed paralysis of the heart from the effects of disease of the kidneys, and also inflammation of the left lung. The King of DAnmark will attend the funeral. The capital is feting over the accession of Czar Nicholas, and the public mourning for the death of the late Czar is postponed till Saturday. An official statement shows that the Czar, addressing the Czarina in his last words, said: "I feel that "the end approaches ; be calm ; I am quite prepared." He then closed his eye 3, and commended his soul to God. The aristocracy believe that Czar Nicholas is likely to effect startling social andpolitical reforms, partially in recognition of the popular demands. Paris, November 4. Paris is in mourning. The buildings are draped with crape, and there is a gseat display of the Russian flag. The churches are crowded. London, November 5. The. peaceful nature of the manifesto issued by the Czar has satisfied Europe, and prevented falls on the Bourses. In several of the pulpits in London on Sunday warm tributes wero paid to the character of the late Czar. Rome, November 5. Prince Alisoff, a Nihilist living at Lugano, in Italy, boasts that the death of the Czar was due to the machinations of the Nihilists, who gradually poisoned him by means of small doses of phosphorus administered in his food. He also boasts that the whole dynasty is doomed.
