With a view to farther increasing the utility of the New Zealand Mail, the Ecliior has decided to introduce a new feature in the shape of a Missing Friends’ column, in which will be published the uara<y! of persons for whom their friends arc enquiring in the Home weeklies. Enquiries from persons in New Zealand lid in the Australian Colonies for informaon of missing friends will be inserted in this olumn at the rate of Is for each insertion. Replies will be forwarded to the Editors, ci Lloyd’s and oiher papers if desired. All correspondence for this column should be addressed New Zealand Mail, Wellington, with the words ‘Missing Friends’ in thi loft hand top corner. HENLY (JOHN), tailor, went to New Zealand some 20 years ago, and corresponded regularly until two years back. He was then living near Dunedin, Otago, N.Z. His mother seeks him. WALSH or WASH (Mrs KATE), nee BRADFORD, last wrote to her sister,

WALL (EMMA), nee BARNES, left England with her husband, Frank, in 1874 tc go to Now Zealand; last letter from Linden, Dunedin, N.Z., August, 1881. Mother and sister long for tidings.
