New York, April 12. Tho rioting in Pennsylvania among the cokemen has been resumed. The United States Mi lie-workers’ Convention lias ordered a general strike of minors on tho 21st inst. New York, April Iff. The United States Government will, it is said, shortly issue another 50,000,000 dollars’ worth of Treasury bonds, owing to. the delay of the Tariff Bill. New York, April Iff. Glue works in Buffalo wero destroyed by fire. Many persons were injured, and twelve are missing. Tho damago is estimated at 1,250,000 dollars.
Washington, April 14*. It is reported that the Government is
seeking to withdraw from tho agreement existing with Germany and Great Britain regarding the administration of Samba. Washington, April 15. It is reported that the income tax will amount to ninepence in the pound, but incomes under £2OO are to be exempt.
