Paris, March 27. A band of Anarchists has damaged many monuments in a cemetery near Roubaix. Of 300 Anarchists arrested in Paris 40 were detained, and several sentenced to short terms of imprisonment. London, March 27. Great Britain and the European Powers are endeavouring to arrange for an International Conference to deal with. the Anarchists. St. Petersburg, March 28. Many arrests of students and Anarchists have been effected at Odessa and St. Petersburg. The Powers are negotiating upon tho proposal to make the manufacture of dynamite a State monopoly.
