THE VICTORIAN LOAN.

The premium of the Victorian loan has nominally declined to The feeling as to its success is less assured, and it is believed it will depend largely on the amount tendered for by the Associated Banks who promised to assist. The most sanguine view is that 93 will be obtained. Leading financiers continue in an exasperated frame of mind, and ask when the finality of borrowing will be reached.
