A STRANDED VESSEL FLOATED

(PRESS association.) Wanganui, May 31. The brigantine Charles and Arthur, which was lately stranded on the South Spit and abandoned to the underwriters, was floated off on this morning’s tide and safely berthed at the Heads wharf f?r the discharge of her cargo. So far as cm be ascertained the injuries are not so great as was supposed.
