THE FIGHTING AT UGANDA

The Catholic Vicar in the Uganda country reports that the Protestants were the aggressors in the fight which took place towards the end of April, and that they were assisted to a large extent by Captain Fugard with men and munitions of war. M. Ribot, Minister of Foreign Affairs, at the instance of the French missionaries in Uganda, Central Africa, urges the Premier of England to enquire into the conduct of Captain Lugard, in that country.
