ALLEGED ATTEMPTED INCENDIARISM.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Nelson; May 29. A case of attempted incendiarism was reported to the police to-day. A man named Carl Anderson says he was awakened at 3.30 a.tn. by his wife, who smelt fire. He went downstairs and found paper, saturated with kerosene, burning alongside the front door. He extinguished the fire with a bucket of water, but the wood ia slightly charred, and a pane of glass was broken.
