The Judge in the Westminster County Court bad to decide whether a 20 year-old ‘infant ’ was justified ia spending over £lO on fishing tackle. His mother declined to pay the bill, and the Judge, holding that fishing tackle oould not be deemed a ‘necessary article of life,’ gave judgment for the infant, but without costs.
