THE NATIVE LAND LAWS COMMISSION.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) New Plymouth, April 21. The Native Land Laws Commission arrived from Auckland last night by steamer, aud commences it 3 enquiry in New Plymouth this morning. Mr Samuel gives evidence a 3 to the working of the existing native land laws in this district, and Mr Rendall, Native Trustee, in respect to dealing with the reserves. On Wednesday the Commission goes to Parihaka, and on to Opunake and round the coast.
