(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, March 10. The Dockers’ Union has been informed by counsel that the Shipping Federation is not an illegal society. Adelaide, March 11. Mr J. D. Fitzgerald, the Australian, labour delegate, who has been on a visit to England, has arrived here en route for Sydney. He met with a suitable reception here.
