The Polltische Correspondenz learns from Cattaro that Prince Nicholas of Montenegro has published a decree, according to which every soldier who comes from the wine districts must in the course of 1891 plant a 100 vines. Besides this every officer will be compelled to plant a certain number of olive trees, according to rank.
