CABLE BREAK IN COOK STRAIT.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Blenheim, March 9. The old three-coil cable broke down at noon, eight miles from Wellington, and it is probable extra men will be sent to Wakapuaka and Wanganui to work the line.
