THE NATIVE LAND LAWS COMMISSION.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). Gisborne, March 6. The Native Laud Laws Commission, consisting of Messrs Rees and Carroll, M.H.R.’s, and Mr T. Mackay, entered practically upon their duties to-day, when Mr E. J. Harris, Mr Delautour and W Pere expressed their views on the present state of the law, and their ideas a 3 to the amendments Eecessary.
