These two scholarships are given by the Board of College Governors, and entitle the holders to free tuition at the College. The competition was open to children throughout the whole of the district controlled by the Boaid of Education. WAERARAPA SCHOOLS. The first of the three above scholarships is worth £3O a year for two years, and each of the others £ls for the same length of time. Children belonging to schools in the country on the Wellington side of the Rimutaka only were allowed to compete.
