RIOTING AT GOA.

Incensed at dynamite bombs being thrown by the mob, the soldiery at Goa, who were called out to suppress the rioting, are shooting the people indiscriminately, many women and children have been bayonetted, and no fewer than 300 persons have been killed in tho course of two days. The inhabitants are begging to be annexed by the British. Calcutta, September 26. Affairs at Goa are quiet. [Goa is a port town and territory belonging to Portugal, and is situated between the boundaries of Madras and Bombay in India. The province has an area of 1447 square miles, with a population of 420,000.]
