The Committee, after considering the matter for several hours, passed the following resolutions:—(l) That the Committee have exhaustively considered the oharges brought against Messrs Roberta and Mclntyre, and find that thfw, paving been guilty of making qy apt urea' of an iinproper 'are deserving of the gravest oensuie.
